Each app has its own terms, rules and payment policies. You are responsible for following them. Rates, bonuses and exchange rates are set by the apps and can change at any time without notice.

4. Earnings

Earnings shown on our site are examples only and are not guaranteed. What you earn depends on the app, your activity, your country and other factors. Payments are made by the apps, not by Lexus Agency.

5. Host conduct

• Be respectful to users and staff.
• Follow each app's community rules and local laws.
• Do not share false information or impersonate others.

We may remove you from our agency if you break these rules.

6. Independent status

Hosts are independent and are not employees of Lexus Agency. You are responsible for your own taxes.

7. Limitation of liability

Lexus Agency is not responsible for app outages, account bans, payment delays or changes made by third-party apps. Our services are provided "as is".

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use our site or services means you accept the updated terms.
